I am a few weeks old in this apartment, Victor is an amazing person. He received me well when I came to make an inquiry, I didn't have to think twice. I made a decision on the spot. The apartments are well maintained and quiet, the parking is always clean above all Victor's hospitality is top notch!

Great place to live. The office team is very small and cares more about the people living there than any other apartment complex I've lived in. Any issues I've had (pretty much none) have always been addressed promptly. The location is unmatched and apartment sizes great too.

Management is awesome, the maintenance crew is great and the community is friendly. Victor always takes time to talk with you and our neighbors always say hi. Also, in 2 years we’ve only had one maintenance issue and they had it fixed that day.

Sam and Victor are the super star team. They are very fast to response and making sure every service we inquired were met. Nicest people and neighborhood around. The rooms are nice with lots of trees. I enjoy walking my dog around the apartment for a break from my studying.

We lived at Foster Greens Apartment Homes for 4 years. It was a friendly place and we really enjoyed our time there.

Victor was fantastic. He was always very responsive, and very friendly. It was comforting to know that he was there to take care of things.

The grounds are kept up nicely. The renovated apartments are well appointed. But really the best thing about it all was Victor and before him Samantha. They were both stellar and I couldn't commend them more.

I enjoyed my time at Foster Greens. The views are beautiful of the golf course during all the seasons. The manager is friendly, responsive, and courteous. The apartment was clean and remodeled when we moved in. The gym is a little small, but I rarely found it full. They just got the pool working about a month before I left, so I cannot comment on that. The grounds are well kept and I had good neighbors as well. The apartments are located close to the mall and multiple restaurants, so it was great living there!

5 stars for the new maintenance man. Sam. We have used him for 2 repairs. He is very caring and puts his best foot forward for sure. His attention is detail is great and he has patience answering any questions you might have. Man needs a raise
