Worse company ever. Unethical, unprofessional. Agent Rosie Duran only answered as she felt it was convenient for her. Mr. Lepe rude and disrespectful. Overall the worse group of people ever to do business with.

Agent I worked with was rude and incompetent. I was approved for a certain amount but agent constantly showed me properties out of my price range. Wouldn't answer the phone half of the time. To many good agents and brokers to choose from. Stay away from this company.

Horrible, rude, disrespectful, disgusting overall experience. We just started on the market to buy and maybe sell and got in touch with several realtors, one being Richard S. here at FH. I don't review ever, but I've never even heard of an experience like this when home buying. So forgot our appointment, and instead of calls, texts, or any gentle reminders as busy people sometimes need, Richard decided to call right at our appt time and demand if we were on our way yet. My wife, lost in the haze of home searching, had to deal with this very rude fellow. Again, we honestly forgot so our bad there but Richard went on to berate my wife about how we had talked yesterday morning and set up this appointment, and how he went through the trouble of sending a listing email...etc. it really goes on. As long as they were talking, I thought it was real business, maybe rescheduling but no, Richard just continued his rage. He said we should have told him we wouldn't make it and thanks a lot (dripping with sarcasm). My wife apologized, saying "I'm sorry" to which Richard S. replied harshly, "yeah you are" and hung up. Unbelievable. I wish I could have recorded it. Just unprofessional and immature by any standard. I seriously doubt the quality of employees here if this guy is thriving. I'm still on the market and will never go near Foster Hamilton ever again thanks to this guy. Nice job helping a disabled vet find a home, Dick! Stay away from this guy if you have any self respect or respect of business ethics.

The worse experience working w an agent. My agent wouldnt call me back, answer any of my texts, or return any of my emails. When i went into the office no one knew where my agent was or anything about my escrow.
