We spent a lot of time researching places to stay and are happy to say we chose this hotel as a result. First shoutout: the cleaning staff. The room, the bathroom, including the floor, the tiles, the grout, everything, was immaculate every day. They even set my slippers by the bed. The desk staff was helpful as well. The room provided a lovely view of the Empire State Building and was especially nice when it snowed. Close to several subway lines, we had no trouble going anywhere. Finally, this neighborhood is a destination unto itself, with excellent food choices, interesting shops, and just the fun of walking around. Oh, and the price for our stay averaged under $200/night (in January). A great find.

Very nice hotel in SoHo. Room had everything you need. Need was comfortable, very clean, fantastic view of Empire State building from my room. There's only a few rooms on each floor so it was quiet at night. Greenwich Village is only a few blocks away for diverse restaurant choices. Hudson River is to the east for running, walking and biking with a view.

Had a great experience even with this busy time of the year!

Room was very clean. Check in super easy and we got the rooms before 3 pm. That was a plus. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I love the area super quiet and easy to get to the subways.

Positive: The location is outstanding for a visit to NYC. It's outside of the chaos of the traditional tourist hub of Times Square, but if you want to go there, it's easily accessible by walking or subway. Likewise, getting to the Financial District is easy. Negative: The room walls are very thin, so you can easily hear in-room conversations if you are waiting for the elevators.

I stayed here 5 nights for a business trip. It’s not fancy, but it has everything you need. Helpful staff and great location. Comfy beds. Not sure what all the haters are complaining about.

I stayed at this Four Points in the Soho neighborhood of Manhattan for two nights in September. The hotel has a friendly and accommodating staff. For me, the highlight is the location . . . a short walk to many great restaurants and shops. Additionally, the property is a quick subway ride to Penn Station and the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Rooms are clean but somewhat basic. On-site breakfast is an option but I dined outside the hotel. If you're looking for a reasonably economical choice in a great location, the Four Points may be a good option for your New York visit.

Great location and price - with taxes about 200/ night very reasonable for a clean room in a safe quiet neighborhood . Subway in 2 blocks and lots of coffee places and restaurants within 2 blocks . Smallish but clean and comfortable room with comfortable bed and good housekeeping and good shower . Small hotel lobby but otherwise excellent value - would recommend

Came into SoHo for work, and this place was a block and a half a way, so it was prime location for me. From the minute I walked in half-awake from my flight, the front desk staff were welcoming and warm. I had a quick check in, and they even ordered me a cab for my trip back a couple days later. The hotel was smaller, but made up for it in convenience, price, and friendliness. I'll be using them for my other trips into NYC.
