Al Fox Realty and Management handled our home sales and also the rental property. He and his wife Cindy always did a great job. Rental always had top-quality tenants, zero problems, rental payments perfect month after month, year after year. Plus, Al took care 100% of any maintenance issues with professional trades people immediately. After 25 years I can highly recommend AL FOX REALTY AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Al Fox is very unpredictable in my experience. He misquoted on my first lease rental on my third rental through him. He lost my Security Deposit of $3450 and magically found it when I produced a copy of the bank check, cashed by Executive Property Management. When presented with maintenance issues he hires laborers to do Journeymen work. He had the laborers remove ducting in the crawl space and they littered the living space with asbestos dust. My wife, who is asthmatic, suffered breathing problems. He, Al Fox, didn’t supervise any of the maintenance work. The blinds didn’t work properly even after the sliding door blind was completely replaced. I paid to have an Electric Car charger installed. I would like to be compensated for the used price of the charger. It adds value. He sent me a letter that explained how the $3450 was spent. The total expense of his expenditures exactly matched my check on deposit. I don’t disagree with ti he prorated rent but I do dispute the rest of the line items.
He invited me to discuss the letter with him. When I went to the office for a face to face he threw me out and called the Camarillo. Police. They threatened me if I ever came back, I would be jailed. For what, I just don’t know.
The other rentals worked just fine in Villages 9 and 17. 14115 Village was a disaster. The Security Department nor Al Fox ever called the Emergency Contact they had on file. My son would have quickly addressed all of Al’s minor issues. He has personally managed several properties himself in Southern California. As a result I lost everything, financial records and many irrecoverable items.
I was unconscious for days in the hospital when I learned of the disaster I couldn’t believe it.
