Absolutely unprofessional. All we did was apply and see a house that they manage and was let down by the entire experience. Laura said the house was move in ready. The moment we walked in, the house reeked of pet urine. The house was nowhere near clean or presentable. Every toilet, sink, and tub in the house was stained. Bradley showed us the house and although he was kind and timely he could not answer any of our questions. He said he did a walk through a week before we saw it and made an inspection report, but could not recall the details of the report. If they left a week prior why was the house not cleaned before we saw it? Just in the kitchen alone, the shelving in the cabinets were sagging and stained, there's tile missing, the microwave sagged, the stove and dishwasher were severely outdated. Bradley then told us that they would need the deposit in full by the following business day to secure the house. So you want our money but can't clean the home? Bradley then said he would have his manager call us the following day to discuss a second walk through after cleaning. That call never came. My wife and I left feeling very disappointed, like we were not taken seriously. I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Can't even get the 70 dollar application fee back. We will never rent from fox property management. Words cannot describe our frustration.

Worst worst worst worst company ever would never rent from charged me for stuff. That was there when I moved in? Have it on? Video went through so many employees. They lost my files. Kept raising my rent without notifying me. Laundry room was broken FOR 6 years.Due to covid they said.
TO THIS DATE, THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS STILL BROKEN. NEVER GOT TO TAKE A COMPLETE SHOWER SHOWER HEADS OR CLOGGED WOOD PANEL COMING UP

WOULD CALL THEY WOULD SCREEN THEIR CALLS LIKE THE WHITE HOUSE. YOU COULD NEVER GET A HOLD OF CHRIS EVER EVER.I TRIED TO CALL HER SIX WEEKS EVERY OTHER DAY AND COULD NEVER GET HER.TO CALL ME BACK. IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL FOR HER TO RUN ANY BUSINESS.IN THIS WORLD

This is not a property management company. This is a rent collection company. They have absolutely no experience in maintaining properties. They do not use professional contractors. They force tennants to wait exorbitant times for repairs to be done, and the sub-par work is never done correctly. If you care about your property and your tenants, do not use this company.

I came into inquiry about this property , The staff was so friendly , and energetic , highly recommended checking this management company!!! The leasing department reached out to see if I found a place yet! Very productive!!

Heard too many bad stories about this business. Go somewhere else, why give business to people who are rude and Chris talks down to their staff in front of customers. This place will lose more customers than they could bring in if they made a couple of changes to certain staff members.

Our landlord switched to Fox Property a few years ago. We have called maintenance and they always sent someone to fix the issues. The staff is always friendly on the phone and Chris is personable and prompt. We are notified of rent increases two months in advanced and are always given the option for a one year contract. We’ve had good experiences and are grateful for Chris and her staff.

Good property management I rented from them for 4yrs now and i never had an issue with them. When I needed some work done in the house they send a technician out .. I communicate straight up with them so it won’t be no misunderstanding and so far I like Chris and Everyone in Fox property they been very helpful when I needed them.. long as u taking care your part then they gone take care they part💯
