These guys are crooks so STAY AWAY! I have made several offers on land they had listed where they sat on my offer until they received a higher bid and/or raised the price afterwards. The latest one I was told that they had a full price offer and were closing soon. Now they just re-listed the property as 3 separate tracts with a total price of over triple what it is was when I made the offer. I'm not sure if this is legal, but it most certainly is not ethical.

Accepted our full price offer Thursday night. ‘Office is slammed get the contract Monday.’ Bidding war Tuesday. If they say the sky is blue, definitely go out side and check.
