I can hardly begin to express my gratitude for John and his whole staff. I needed to move to Angels Camp (unexpectedly) last January to be closer to family. I saw my (then future) house online, and got in touch with John right away to arrange a showing.
I had never even BEEN to Angels Camp before, but John made me feel right at home, and introduced me to people in the community as I went through the buying process. He took me under his wing to seamlessly guide me through what needed to be a very speedy process of acquiring my property.
He made himself available for me when I needed anything, and was fantastic with follow up on any kind of information I needed, or questions or concerns I had.
Since purchasing my house last year, John has accompanied me to look at a few different properties that I was considering for commercial purposes. He has always come armed with helpful information for me, candid with his feedback, generous with his time (even in situations that he was not going to benefit from), down to earth, honest, and a real ally.
After all experience with John this past year, he really has proven himself to be a true friend to me in this community. That has meant a LOT.
