The people who work in this shop are truly one of a kind. Kendall, in particular has helped me, as a newer skier, learn more about the sport. He has discussed the variety amongst different gear and its purpose in length with me.

Last year, I came into the shop mid runs on the mountain for a quick tune up and Kendall took care of my skies, made sure to have them nice and waxed w sharp edges so I could shred down the mountain!!

This year, I returned to Kendall, who saw my skies and told me they were cracked at the core. He patiently explained all my options, asked and listened to my ski experience and what I needed out of my gear. Kendall advised several options, understanding skiing to be expensive. I chose to rent skis he had advised for the remainder of my day. Even then- Kendall reminded me about the EPIC discount, which helped a lot!

After riding those skis, I fell in love with them so much I wound up buying them myself. Kendall truly is a wealth of knowledge in a patient teacher. I look forward to our visit next season and to Kendall’s new advice then.

0 patience guy was just in a hurry to get us out the door wasted all the money couldn’t fit the boots never even got to ski so ended up missing the lessons because the boots were a terrible fit… terrible experience mountains was still beautiful was still able to check out the gondola ride..

I wasn’t able to rent from them, but not for lack of trying! The staff was so helpful and kind! I just have large calf’s, haha. The overall experience was great and would recommend anyone to rent from them especially as they are located right there at the base of the mountain! Highly recommend

Персонал довольно медлителен и сложилось впечатление что они не понимают какое оборудование вам подойдет.

В целом персонал вежлив и довольно терпелив.

Знакомая арендовала сноуборд и крепления. Крепления ей поставили детские. Плюс не правильно радиус установили. Она еле спустилась с горы в первый раз. Мне пришлось ей переставлять градус креплений по середине склона. Открыв левую ногу и прикрыв правую, чтобы она хоть как-то смогла спуститься.

Она дважды меняла крепления.

Я же катаюсь давно, на разном снаряжений в аренду, поэтому проблем с установкой не было. Хотя на моем борде крепления стоят чуть шире и под другим углом.

Имея предыдущий опыт на другой горе, сразу попросила обработать доску воском. Так как арендное оборудование не так хорошо обрабатывается. Тем самым вы избегаете случаев, когда у доски сошла часть воска и она хочет ехать задом наперед, в этом случае вы прикладываете больше усилий и затрачиваете больше энергии, в два раза быстрее устаете. А еще они не точат канты. И по льду совершенно небезопасно ездить.

ЗАМЕТКА ДЛЯ НОВИЧКОВ:
Когда вы впервые встаете на сноуборд, вам необходимо менять градусы, и достигнув максимального комфорта запомнить положение креплений. Это поможет вам избежать коллапса при аренде в будущем. Сфотографируйте крепления перед сдачей. И храните этот снимок в избранном.

А лыжникам стоит запомнить какое оборудование вы взяли. Модель лыж, ботинок и их размер.

Ростовку оборудования крайне важно знать.
