Frontier did a pretty good job when they came out to clear my trees and brush. My only issue, and the reason for 3 stars instead of 5, is that they broke one of my septic pipes. That alone wouldn't have changed my rating, what changed it is how they handled the situation. Greg was great at communicating what was going on and what would happen throughout the whole process. Except for the septic pipe situation.

We weren't notified that the pipe was broken and that they intended to fix it. We reached out to Greg about it and were informed that they had the part and would have someone out to fix it. They eventually did come "fix" it, but their idea of "fixing" it was to just take a bigger pipe, place it on top of the broken pipe, bury the part, and hope we didn't notice. We did notice, and I ended up fixing the pipe myself because I didn't want to deal with the back and forth and possibly another bad "fix".

Again, the work they did to take down our trees and clear the brush was fantastic. I just don't appreciate how the situation with my septic pipe was handled. If we had been notified that they broke the pipe and intended to fix it, and fixed it properly, this would still have been a 5 star glowing review and I wouldn't have mentioned the pipe at all.

Greg and his team were awesome! They cleared our overgrown back yard, added topsoil and set up a third party for topsoil. They offered the best deal and wonderful professional work. I highly recommend Frontier Land Services.

Greg and his team have been outstanding from the first phone call I made. He made sure to communicate every step of the process from the beginning all through the end and beyond. They redid our parking pad besides our house, turning it from a weed infested nightmare into and amazing recycled asphalt parking pad. It looks incredible and they were extremely professional. If you are needing any services, I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Greg and his team and Frontier Land Services are a quality and reliable contractor. I've personally had a lot of issues with contractors here in Alaska. Greg is respectful, timely in communication, and reasonably priced and he leads by far the best company i've hired for services. We have had them do grading around our home and we've had them redo our long driveway. I will continue to use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for land services.
