Please please please run as fast as you can if you see there name on any rental properties. All Evalina does is place notes on your doors with cheap ass tape, it may or may not stay on your door long enough to even read it. she does not return ANY phone calls, NO emails, and avoids you in person like the plague. I recently placed a complaint in stating I had no running shower and had to call and harass the maintenance people to come and fix a bare minimum necessities, that took them over a week. Had to call again recently and beg the maintenance man to come and put hot water back in my apartment after they shut the electricity off all day. My money & time is just as valuable as you people who work here. Cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can run away from fulcrum as fast as can!!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had a pleasant experience looking for my next home through Fulcrum Real Estate. The leasing agents Christopher Willis and Brandon Phillips are so helpful and such sweethearts. Their genuine care for finding the right home and area for me made me feel listened to and comfortable. I really appreciate them both and I would recommend them any day! Chris and Brandon help each other out, which really shows me how great their work ethic is. I have been touring a million properties for the past few weeks. I won’t say that all of my experiences with leasing agents have been negative, however, a kind and friendly attitude has been seriously lacking with the majority.
Then I toured one of Chris’s buildings and met with him one afternoon. I cannot say enough positive and glowing things about Chris Willis. He answered all of my questions, he followed up with me even several days after the tour, and he has such a kind and wonderful way about him. He is so helpful and he is HONEST.
I have yet to have another leasing agent as great as Chris. I haven’t found a place suitable for the needs of my dog and I yet, and I hope I’ll eventually end up in one of Chris’s properties 😊
