This is the worst property management company in town. I called them 4 times to get a tenant reference. 2 of the times I got a call back from people with limited English skills. Allegiant property management or 5 seasons would be a better choice. Full circle customer service response and methods for dealing with normal property management inquiries are pathetic.

This is written after the owners response: This company has only communicated clearly and promptly to protect their star rating NOT in the general course of business.

I was called back twice out of 4 calls I made- no one answers the phone at the office. The first call back the secretary did not speak English sufficiently to handle the call. This was not an issue of an accent. I specifically asked the first secretary to have someone that spoke English call me back and never heard from anyone. This was akin to dealing with an inept overseas customer service person from a mega corporation (think of a frustrating call with comcast or Chase bank or the like but worse).
After my fourth call and voice message to the office, a different secretary called me back (who did speak english) did tell me about the policy for the release form. I’ve been a landlord for 10 years and vetted many tenants. This is an atypical practice in this state for dealing with this type of inquiry.

If full circle called back the first time and informed me of this policy I wouldn’t have written the review. It took 4 phone calls to be informed of the policy and that is what turned this routine reference check into a headache and has resulted in this one star review.

Takeaways- if you’re a landlord this is the sub par service you can expect to be given to your fellow landlords trying to vet tenants. If your a tenant, full circle will make it harder for you to rent another place by not returning reference calls. Tenants and landlords can do better.

Read the reviews from Tenants and
not their customers and landlords. I moved into a broken down apartment, during my time there the rent increased from $1575 to $1715. I move out and got almost my entire security deposit removed ($1250) so that they can upgrade the place and re-lease the unit for $1950, over 200$ more than I was paying! Mind you the apartment was spotless other than some wall damage(from moving my couch down the narrow stairs) and normal wear and tear from the poor quality cabinetry and appliances. Yet they think I should foot the bill for their upgrades.

Management is incompetent and rude. I was on a vacation and dealing with a squatter, instead of supporting me in dealing with the situation they targeted and blamed me. I was in Alaska for my Birthday but my Family still handled the situation and I was authorized to keep the unit but took the opportunity to leave so that I can live under a better property management company.

They are lazy and send bills way too late, even showing the due date BEFORE the date they sent it to me. They also tried to damage my chances at finding a new lease, to no avail seeing how I’m now in a bigger townhouse for the same price they’ve released my old unit at.

I've rented from crappy landlords for years, but Full Circle really lowered the bar. Easily the scummiest, laziest landlord I've ever had.

We had a good maintenance guy! But he was the only nice or helpful person we worked with in 10 months of renting from them. And he in fact seemed to be hindered! by the rest of the full circle staff.

Because they were so stingy, lazy, grubby, and obstructionist, that they turned an otherwise nice enough property into a terrible place to live. We couldn't move out soon enough.

RUDE: They were rude over email, and on the phone! When they needed something from us, they were short and demanding. And when we asked for something, they gaslit and complained. Also, they respond rudely to negative google maps reviews (maybe the service would be better if they spent less time being sassy on google maps :))

SLOW and INEPT: They frequently lost details or made mistakes. When we moved in, they told us to start paying for gas. Then, after 4 months of making gas payments, I happened to read our lease and realized that they were on the hook for our gas bill. It took another 3 MONTHS of phone/email tag to get reimbursed!

GREEDY: Honestly most landlords are pretty greedy. But these guys grubbed for every additional cent in a way I haven't seen before. Be sure to read your lease carefully. Ours had a clause that we had to move out 1 week before the end of our last month, but still had to pay a full month's rent.

Look through the rest of the reviews for this place, and try to find a single positive review that isn't from one of the property owners they manage rentals for. Every single review from a renter is negative!!!

Do your best to avoid this landlord. If you can't, then read your lease, save your receipts, and know your rights. They'll still probably manage to screw you over (the one thing they're actually good at)

Possible scam. Filled out an application and paid the fee exactly one month ago. I have left numerous phone calls and have sent emails requesting an update on the status of my application. I have not heard anything from them. I see they're active with replying to the google reviews, so unfortunately this is likely the only way to draw attention to this issue. Hopefully this review can prevent others from submitting an application (that includes senstive personal information such as SSN) and paying an application fee just to never hear back. Unfortunately this is very unprofessional behavior on Full Circle's end.

I worked with Addyson, it was a really frustrating experience. I produced all the required documents promptly and the application fee when requested. Once approved I was told I'm on top of the list and suddenly was told the unit is taken. Ok no worries, then get contacted 2 weeks later about availability. I get excited and get all my details in place and ask to send in the lease, sign it and ask for how to pay my deposit. In all this I am not being shown The apartment after repeated requests.The property manager suddenly stopped taking my calls. Since I am on a 24 hr deadline I go to their office and ask them if I can give it to them.
They have no idea on anything related to the Conner way apartment.
Come back to the office for an important meeting and get a cancelled lease email from the manager saying that this won't work since I came to the office and questioned why these details were not clear and my calls were not picked up.
Followed by an email chain full of drama.

I am still not clear if my application is still in process or not. Not sure with this incompetence I'll even see my application fees back. Bummer since the apartment was really good and was looking forward to it.

Possible scam. I paid an application fee two weeks ago and they never got back to me. There were bot reviews on the Facebook page. Disappointed I fell for this one.

Edit: In response to the reply from the business below, this is evidently a scam and I stand by my rating. A recurring theme with Full Circle is no differentiation between units by the address. Although I did specifically cancel one application (and received a response from Full Circle which I can provide to any interested, specifically regarding that address), all of my applications were apparently discarded. Caveat Emptor: you will need to repeatedly follow up with Full Circle at least three times by email and phone. When you have confirmation, get additional confirmation. Insist that they specify exactly what business they are doing, because my experience was that they ignored my request and then denied responsibility and made excuses for their bad faith effort at communication. Please see my attached email to Full Circle. DM me if you would like to see their response.

Additionally, I never received any follow up email that the property was rented, nor did they suggest an alternative. I was ghosted by Full Circle. My impression is that Full Circle is a repository for your sensitive personal information (such as a phishing attack), and they are not interested renting housing.
