Me and my family are renting at Ramblewood apartments. Since the beginning we had a verbal agreement with leasing manager that I would be the only one not to sign lease as at the time I was having issues with identy theft. She agreed to me living in the unit without signing lease. My fiancé however signed the lease.
Since initial move in date, the apartment was given to us with mold, unsafe appliances, dirty apartment, ripped carpet, messed up patio, cracks everywhere on walls, a lot of repairs to be made etc. nothing was done besides swapping out two appliances and third was just cleaned out although mold can still be there without it being visible. The leasing manager Pam offered us to have someone clean our apartment only if our things weren’t moved in yet which she knew they were.
We had to waive that offer as we could not possibly move out all of our things again.
Nothing was done about all the other repairs.
Months later she kicked us out of our assigned parking space, with the excuse that she will no longer give that parking to any tenant because it blocks the gate door when we park. She came up to me in person saying we have to go sign the parking permit for a new space. We did not sign anything.
Days later she gave it away to a new tenant. We expressed to her how we did not want to switch due to parking spaces elsewhere were too tight for my 4 year old to get out as she had a car seat and we did not agree to move space but we had no choice since she said she will not be giving it to anyone. She immediately denied denied denied. Started to gaslight me and my fiancé saying she never said that to us.
Later throughout the year we started having issues with neighbors. They started harassing, threatening, and disturbing our peace and privacy.
The cops were involved and had advices us to get proof of him coming to our unit. We requested footage and although the camera is right near our unit, she denied saying you can’t see anything. We’ve contacted her multiple times about this neighbor. Nothing was done.
We decided to look elsewhere to move into as we no longer felt safe, heard, or at peace In this home. It has been very stressful. Has caused my family and I so much emotional distress. I am diabetic and cannot be putting my health at risk with all this stress. I went ahead and contacted the leasing office manager regarding our last day here, due to all the inconveniences caused and no solutions as to where they kept violating the lease agreement by not proving us with a peaceful, good habitat and safe environment. They did not abide by the lease agreement.
She proceeded to say we still have to pay a breaking lease fee and denied us to speak to owner.
I went ahead and left a review on Google and since then, she has been retaliating against us.
She replied back to my email saying “ Hi Vanessa,
I’m sorry, but your name is not on the lease agreement, so I cannot release any information or discuss the terms of the lease. Thank you.” although I have been the point of contact regarding our apartment throughout the year as we had a verbal agreement to that. My fiancé contacted her instead and as always, she denied a lot of things and lied gaslighting us again. She is very dishonest and very manipulative. We have been treated very unfairly throughout our stay here. I feel like we are being discriminated and retaliated against.
Needless to say, we will be taking this matter into court.
If by any chance the owner wants to know more about our case you can contact your leasing manager and ask for Erwin’s lease agreement. The only way I was able to get a hold of this page was through the city as I have already filed a complaint to city and state for discrimination and failing to abide by lease agreement and still trying to charge us for breaking lease early due to management and nuisance, threats and harassment from neighbors without solutions.

Horrible company! I lived in one of their properties and moved out in December 2021. My experience there was less than ideal. The kitchen sink flooded multiple times and all they would do is snake the drain. The cabinets got all wet and all they did was paint over them. What about mold? The last straw was just before I moved out. I was awaken at night to a dripping noise, I got up and went into the kitchen and both sinks were FULL of dirty water and spilling onto the floor! I had to call emergency maintenance at least 5 times before someone came. There was about an inch of water on the floor by the time someone showed up! All he did was turn off the water and didn't even try to drain the sink.
Fast forward, I moved out in December 2021, per CA law, I should have received a statement as to why my security deposit was retained within 30 days. I don't here from Fuller until January 2024 and NOW they are trying to collect money?!?!? I don't think so! It has been over two years and I want double or even triple my security deposit back.
Look elsewhere for housing...I almost forgot, the elevator was broken for over two years due to a fire when I lived there and they hardly cleaned the laundry facilities. There was rotted wood everywhere and they refused to do anything about it.

They are horrible management company. I live in One of there properties in San Leandro for 8 1/2 years. They never fixed anything my garbage disposal went out. My father replaced it. Dishwasher never worked but water kept building up in there which caused a smell and they told me to run the machine once a week to get the smell out. I took them to court and I agree to pay the rent that was due and they agreed to fix the apartment within a month. It did not happen they got there money and did not make all the repairs that were agreed on. Two weeks later I was evicted now I have an eviction and my credit went to hell because they reported I didnt pay. And to top it off they say I owe them over $4500 dollars for cleaning garbage and so on. Stay away from these people they are only out for themselves.

I've been living in this place for many years with my mom. My mom's name was on the lease but mine was not. They never made my mom put me on the lease either. So end of December of last year my mom passed away from cancer. I let the property manager know and she locked me out in the rain at night with no where to go. Now they are telling me to pay 3000 dollars for rent and repairs and cleaning. They are all cold blooded and don't care for their tenants. They keep raising the rent without restoring the property the balcony outside the door on the second floor was rotted away. It's very dangerous and could kill someone. If you find yourself at this place turn around and look else where because it'll only come back to bite you in the ass.

Mean people with horrible management. Even it is related to my kids health issue they are saying that I cannot move out because I signed the lease. Problem was all because of them... roaches.. mold... and telling me to pay all rent for rest of the lease no move out... no humanity.. no empathy

Public health crisis and the greedy chumps still want their rent, not like we lost our jobs from a lockdown or anything.
