Avoid This Lending Company at All Costs!

This company is the definition of predatory lending. Their loan terms are outrageously unfair, designed to trap you in a cycle of debt with exorbitant fees and interest rates. Worse yet, as soon as you provide them with your personal financial information, they share it with hundreds of other lenders.

Prepare to be bombarded by endless phone calls, emails, and even messages on social media from these third parties—your peace of mind will be destroyed. It’s an outright invasion of privacy and a clear violation of trust.

If you’re considering doing business with them, don’t! There are better, more ethical lending options available. Protect yourself and your personal information.

I borrowed from them once and it was an easy and pleasant experience, and enabled me to cover an emergency. However, I have had years of solicitations since, and today they called my phone at 6:45 am. I'll never do business with them again.

Predatory Practices and Data Privacy Nightmare

This lending company connects you with other companies that are nothing short of a financial trap (LIKE ONDECK). Their loans come with predatory terms (35% and up) that bury you in sky-high interest rates and fees, making it nearly impossible to repay. But that’s just the beginning of the nightmare.

The moment you hand over your personal information, it’s shared with an army of other lenders without your consent. What follows is relentless harassment—nonstop calls, emails, and even social media messages from these third parties. It’s invasive, unethical, and downright exhausting.

If you value your financial security and privacy, avoid this company at all costs. They’re more interested in exploiting you than helping you.

Do not use or fill out application, they send out your number to hundreds of bankers that will call you and text you non stop. Very very unprofessional. Do your research on your own and do not Fundera by NerdWallet.

Lies and manipulation tactics. These people straight up lie and try to manipulate business owners into acquiring loans. The person I 'worked' with told me their lenders are the only ones that a business could 'write off on their taxes', and gave me other ridiculous false information about my file in hopes to manipulate me. Unethical and deceptive - not to mention the rates they product are horrible. Worst of all, as soon as I applied with them and gave them our private business information, they distributed out to other lenders, and individuals who then contacted me via social media and Whatsapp. Unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL.

Update: It is now July 2024 (about 5-6 months AFTER this big mistake I made) I'm still getting 3-5 txt messages, emails, and calls PER DAY. I basically can't use or rely on my cell number now and I've had to pay additional telco services to block more of these loan sharks.
Stay away from Fundera.

I made the mistake of providing my info to Fundera. Next thing you know, I'm getting 5-10 calls A DAY about funding from companies I've never heard of. If I didn't answer the call, the texted me. If I didn't respond they emailed me. I had one that called me 15 times in 10 minutes. After I told him to leave me alone he still texted me.

I would NOT recommend this organization to anyone. Maybe they have in SMALL print that they are going to spam as many capital providers as possible hoping one funds me so Fundera can take their cut....But it's definitely shady and 1000% not what I want to spend my time dealing with

I got my funding but they neglected to arrange for my previous balance with another lender to be paid off and the remainder sent to me. So I go to just wire it myself but nope! I'm a small business and my bank won't just let me wire 5 figures in one day. So NOW I'm stuck with both loan payments! Something I specifically did not want. HURRAY. Worst experience ever. Utter incompetence. I can't believe I'm in this situation now.
