While walking into any car dealership, a salesperson will quickly find you, I found the salespeople at Future Ford to be respectful and courteous by giving us the space to walk around.

I purchased a Ranger and the process was streamlined. I came in under the Costco program which saves time (get your Costco referral first). I was also happy with the value they gave for our trade-in truck.

The waiting area and showroom are spacious, and there is coffee & refreshments available.

I was pleasantly surprised by the post sales followup by our salesperson (Tahir). He checked in a few times ensure all was going well. Nice touch.

The car buying experience was a little long but it honestly was great. The sales rep Josh even offered to bring the car to my house and grab my lease since it was getting late and they wanted to run it through the detail rack/fuel the car up. I can tell they want to put their customers interests firsts and were super upfront with rebates, best deals for me. Even after I’ve had plenty of questions and they always make themselves available to me.
