I had worked with another property management company in Rochester for my investment properties that unfortunately didn't work out well for me and ended up with back rent that wasn't being paid to me. Gallagher was able to quickly pick everything up and handle things very smoothly and efficiently for me with very short notice. I felt very comfortable with them handling anything that came up and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helping with renovations as well, even through the eventual sale of these properties. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I was renting from Gallagher and they tried to charge you to come out to fix something that was their job to fix. I have a new landlord now for the same property that they use to own and they stopped being the owners of the property since the ending of August and once September hit they was still taking the money from section 8 for 4 months. Please don't rent from them because you will be they next target.

They have charged me for every time they had to fix something that's dealing the plumbing. They will threaten you with eviction real quick or try to push you to move out.

I’m very upset. I’ve been trying to contact them and speak to someone on the phone two weeks ago. I was emailing someone about a property. They told me the supervisor had a concern. Something on my credit report about RGE. I explained to them that it was under fraud and that it would be removed off my account. If someone can call me we can call RG and they will explain And help clear me Because I never stayed in Rochester No one has reached back out. I’ve been sending multiple emails leaving multiple messages. It’s bad communication remind you I am a homeowner from Virginia trying to locate to Rochester. and I have two friends who rent from them and they told me they never used to be like this, but for some reason they’re giving me a hard time about something that I’m explaining that it will be off my record and we can call together. I guess nobody want to work nowadays. I’ve heard good things, but I’m experiencing something bad. Maybe the next person will have better hope because if I get a denial for something that could’ve been easily fixed if they gave me a call that’s gonna be very unfortunate because so one could of had the decency to pick up the phone because when I call they email me and said they’re getting my calls so why can’t you just call back I had to edit my review because for some reason they won’t let me write another one and y’all lie. If y’all would’ve called, you didn’t have to take my word for we could’ve called. You guys just didn’t want to do your part. y’all just bad business and I’m a keep telling people cause now y’all done piss me off with yall lies

I have been a real estate investor since 2018. I have dealt with many property managers in several states since. I can say that Gallagher Property Management has been the best that I have encountered so far. They honestly care about what they do. They have a solid system in place which I greatly appreciate, being an out-of-state investor. I sleep good at night, knowing that my properties are taken care of. Thank you guys.

It is now 04/2023 - I am still renting from them and as long as you are doing your part and paying the rent like a grown person. They definitely do their part. I have never had an issue so my opinion remains unchanged. They are a trustworthy company to rent from and its even possible to build a solid relationship with staff. Thanks GPM!
