During my initial meeting with Garrett, I decided that he would be the one that I would list with. Since I decided to put my house up for sale much sooner than I had first expected, it was critical that we have a good working relationship. Garrett really stayed on top of things (exchanged text or calls nearly daily). Garrett directed me through all of the processes to get the house ready to sale, where to focus my efforts, where not to waste my time and resources, how to list the home, conducting the open houses, reviewing offers, disclosures, negotiating, accepting the offer and working through the escrow process.
