Lies about hidden items, such as past utility bills. They say theyll get back to you and pay what was due but havent. This was all supposedly done before closing, it wasnt. Apparently its the sellers fault. Lord knows.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. We worked with Cain for years and bought so many things at auction with them. More recently we tried to sell our home through them..... after SIX MONTHS we had literally ZERO response (mind you our new agent sold it in 30 days). The agent Carolyn literally never talked to us. It was pulling teeth to get a response. When I called Brad to complain that she wasn't doing enough he said "she won't get paid until it sells so I'm sure she is trying" (what?!). We had so many "complications" it was ridiculous. It seemed like she truly didn't want to sell it. I will NEVER have any relationships with Cain now or in the future. After Mr. Cain Sr. Passed, s%$t went down hill. Oh, and I asked them to auction it first and they say "no", seems like they aren't interested in the business anymore. So sad. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Low ball their appraisals and not thorough. Guessed square footage of my home and talked me into a really low price and i lost $50k because of it! I’m not impressed at all. I would not use ever again.

I contacted the realtor, Doug Owen, about the property. I asked him why it had sat on the market so long. He told me nothing was wrong with the property. I later find out, from Doug, after I contacted him the SECOND time, it was flooring issuses. I worked with him and the seller, Cheri Masters, to get flooring in the house. Which was a hassle. I should have stopped the sell and went with another agent by the way Doug treated me though the process. But I didn't. I held out hope and had faith in Doug. I made it VERY clear to Doug that I was a first time home buyer and wanted to make sure everything was on the up and up. He assured me if would be. After FINALLY purchasing the house, after MONTHS because Doug wouldn't push the seller to do what she needed to do, because he dated her sister, I signed the papers. I felt safe with Doug. I felt like everything was going to be ok. Not even a MONTH after I moved in, I realized a leak under my bathroom. Immediately I contacted Doug, with not knowing what else to do. I needed guidance because I knew NO ONE up here and I was new to the area. I didn't know what kind of person to contact. He wouldn't give me ANY guidance. He wouldn't give me leads or anything. I filed a claim with the BBB and only then did Brad Crain contact me, and gave me a contact that was even less impressive and ruined my patch job while they were here. I got the estimates they wanted and the seller said she wouldn't pay. Doug later contacted me and said, "They're really coming down on me. Did I do something wrong?" I said, "Yeah. You didn't advise me to do an inspection, only an appraisal, and you didn't protect me, the way you should." He asked to have his guy come over around the 4th of July. He said he'd get with his guy and get back with me as to when he could come take a look at it. It never contacted me back. Brad Cain also bad mouthed me to MY OWN GRANDFATHER, saying I have the worst potty mouth he's ever heard and that they didn't care about the bathroom.

First off..Louise helped us find our dream home...patient, kind, caring, fun and gets business done! I have referred her to several of my friends to help with their their selling/buying. Since then, have been enjoying their auction division...been to other auctions, and they cannot compare to anyone! professional, accurate, organized and entertaining.
