A few months ago, Joe and Andrea helped us through the whole process of selling our home, from deciding the best selling timeframe for our plans, to marketing the house, to understanding all the paperwork, and negotiating through escrow. They alleviated our concerns confidently. They were really in tune with the market, and helped us to get our house priced just right, and helped us to sell quickly. They listened to our opinions and guided us without ignoring our preferences. Andrea accommodated my request for more text communication than telephone conversations as well, which I appreciated! Additionally, their associates such as the photographers and escrow company they recommended and utilized were professional. Joe and Andrea really made us feel like family, too!
