Well I get contradicting information between the office and what I get notices for. I tell the office I'm doing something they say it's fine and then I get a notice on my door a few days later so that wasn't very cool. I've been told they're tearing things down like the garden and then when it comes time no they're not doing that anymore. They're always friendly and they're always nice and they're always with a smile and positive attitude their maintenance guy Ryan is really on point with his work and schedule to get everything done I have never seen the garbage compactor get overflowing because he makes sure of it. There's been good days and there's been bad days here at gateway we like it enough to stay a little longer but the getting mixed information thing causing us to get notices is a big red flag and we can't stick around if we can't trust what we are told in person instead of in writing. The only super negative things we deal with are dogs constantly off leash we would rather than be tethered to their porch then running around with nothing attached and dog poop I've been picking up our buildings worth of dog poop for the last year and a half and nothing has been done about it besides they helped clean it up once or twice

Overall great experience. Probably would have live there longer if it weren’t for financial hardship. The community my kids had growing there was amazing. Communication with the office was always pleasant and helpful along with maintenance was quick to respond to any issues that arose.

I’ve been living at Gateway by Vintage for about 4 years. I’ve never had any trouble and have enjoyed my stay so far. Staff in the office are friendly, courteous and accommodating. The units are comfortable and very nice! Every time I have a maintenance issue, maintenance responds in a timely manner and addresses the problem promptly and efficiently. My family and I are happy here! If there was only one concern…is the parking. Parking is first come first serve..so at times it can be frustrating to find parking near our apartment unit complex.

I have lived here since the apartments were first built. Aside from having to deal with the couple bad eggs (kids and adults alike) this complex is honesty great. As a property manager myself, i can tell you everywhere has problems, and Tori and Leah are going above and beyond daily to try and clean up the mess that prior management had left them. To add to this the maintenance staff works hard, goes and does the trash on the weekends, and keeps an eye out for things the office does not see. The bad reviews that are left about Gateway are from people being unhappy with previous management as well as disgruntled previous tenants who aren't telling the full story on why they were given the boot from here.

This complex once was an enjoyable place to live. However, if you can live somewhere else.. save yourself the headache and do it! If you’re currently living there, don’t bother cleaning upon move out. They’ll charge you a bogus cleaning fee regardless of how clean and move in ready the unit is because “THEY have to provide the service”, but don’t give you an updated lease agreement about the new changes they make. Nor do they return phone calls. I’m so thankful to be moving on from this place!

UPDATE: I have yet to receive a callback. I have left FIVE (5) voicemails with my callback number and to reach me on email. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Management DOES NOT answer calls or emails. The turnover rate for employees is frightening.

I've left 2 voicemails regarding my apartment not being fixed or taken care of. I've been waiting 6 months for a light replacement in my bedroom and almost a year for a dishwasher replacement.

I've sent 3 emails and heard nothing back either!!

DO NOT RENT HERE!! They raise the rent for BELOW AVERAGE management and care for the property and its tenants.

The apartments are really nice and the office staff have always been kind and helpful. Mine was very clean and no smells.The apartments are not insulated well at all. They are freezing during the winter especially the floor. There is a group of kids who run around all hours of the day & night. They mess with cars, tear up the stairwells and are scream obscenities to each other. They ride on the top of moving cars, have punched toddlers, and are having fight circles at night. The small park is broken as well. They have a pool and it was really nice during the summer. Parking where I’m at has always been good. People do vandalize cars. I had a person slam their car door into mine several times until she dented my car. My son watched it and told me but she’d left before I was able to get outside. Overall, I have recommended it to several people. I wish the small things, that are fixable, would be handled.

It has been great besides the fact my dishwasher has not drained properly since I moved in. I have called several times and talked to office & they say they will be out to fix it and I have left multiple messages. It has been about 3 months and still is not fixed. Also the amenities not being open but during business hours is very inconvenient.
