We had the best experience buying our first home with Gavin! My sister referred us to the Adobe Base team and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with them. If you find yourself in search of a new home I would highly recommend Amy Baalaer at Abode Base Real Estate. My husband received a Job promotion which required us to move from Alaska to Washington in under two months so it would have been almost impossible without Amy and all the work she put into not only finding the right house but negotiating with the sellers and helping us close as quick as possible. Due to the issue of distance we were unable to go see the houses in person so Amy went out of her way to video her walk through pointing out even the smallest details such as possible damages or upgrades that might have been done. When we finally found the house we wanted Amy was able to work with the seller's agent and articulate exactly what we needed making the whole process happen as smooth and flawless as possible. Gavin and his team provided exceptional service throughout the entire home buying process. Great experience selling our house with Abode Base. Gavin did a walkthrough a few months before we listed to recommend some upgrades and ensure the house was ready for pictures and listing. The team was very helpful on picture day and throughout the rest of the process. They offered great insight when it came time to review and accept an offer, and greatly assisted us throughout the closing phase to make sure everything went as planned. Gavin and his team are amazing! We were in the area for 10 days is all to find a house, and he was able to not only find us a home, but our dream home! We are military, and purchased the home from out of state, and Gavin and his team made the entire process so easy, I felt like it wasn't really happening! My wife and I bought our house with Gavin in 2015, and recently just sold the same house with Gavin and Kris' help. The selling of our home was not something we were looking forward to, because we were worried it would be a huge hassle and take forever.
