This place is the worst. I once contacted this place to sell my condo. Then they didn't really follow up to list it. I kept getting junk mail mailings from the place. Stopped for awhile and now they're back. Stop it! I really don't see how this place had such great ratings. Oh wait, I'm sure they pay everyone for a 5 star rating. We could not be happier with our selling experience with Jason. From start to finish his company handled everything. We started our journey at the beginning of July when we met with Jason who showed us an outline of how his company worked. He set up a schedule for us to follow which included preparing the house for sale, doing a deep cleaning of the house and meeting with a professional stager. This helped us to stay on track and make sure the house was ready for showings the last week of August. His company supplied packing materials and a post clean up crew after we had completed our move out. This took the pressure off us as the closing drew near.
