I was recommended to Gendron's Property Management when I had to fire my previous property manager. I was taken advantage of by my previous property manager because I was not a local investor. They would charge me for maintenance that wasn't done (like snow removal) or overcharge for repairs. However, working with Kyle has been nothing but pleasant. He does what he says he's going to do and takes good care of my properties. He sends pictures showing proof of work done whenever I'm charged, and does not do any unnecessary repairs (or overcharge for repairs). He also finds me excellent tenants that pay on time. Right now, I've entrusted 2 of my 3-family properties to Gendron's Property Management and I look forward to growing my portfolio with them.

Warning to Renters- Avoid Gendrons Property Management it is not worth the hassle.

Based on my experience, I strongly warn potential renters to avoid any buildings or units managed by Gendrons Property Management. The lack of concern, communication, and professionalism poses a significant risk to your peace of mind and living conditions. Until they demonstrate a commitment to resolving issues and improving their services, I cannot recommend renting from any property under their management.

My experience with Gendrons Property Management has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Despite paying our deposit and first month's rent in advance, we arrived to find our rental unit in an uninhabitable state. The unit was filthy, with insects, animal paw prints, and a strong odor of animal urine. This was unacceptable and forced us to incur additional hotel expenses while the unit was being cleaned and made livable.

Even more concerning is the complete lack of communication and responsiveness from Gendrons Property Management throughout this ordeal. Over 45 days have passed since we first reported these issues, and we have yet to receive any reimbursement for the cleaning fees or the hotel costs. Additionally, there has been no adjustment or credit applied to our rent for the three weeks we were unable to occupy the unit.

To make matters worse, there are still unresolved issues within the unit that need to be addressed, yet Gendrons Property Management has shown little to no concern for our situation. Our attempts to contact them have often been met with automated responses, leaving us feeling neglected and unheard.

The lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by Gendrons Property Management is appalling. As a tenant, I expect fair treatment and timely resolutions to any issues that arise. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience. I strongly advise others to reconsider using their services and seek a property management company that values its tenants and upholds a higher standard of service.

I sincerely hope that Gendrons Property Management will take immediate action to rectify this situation and improve their communication and responsiveness in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend their services to anyone.

It is honorable when a company recognizes where they made a mistake and do their best to work with their customers to make things right. Kyle recognized where he was wrong.

We were able to speak to the property manager later who expressed he understood our experience and apologized for it.
