Office staff are great. They respond to inquiries in a relatively timely manner. The property itself, leaves much to be desired. Only reason I'm aware of how good they are at responding to inquiries is because I've had to request so many in only 2 weeks. Pretty sure the property was completely left as is from when the previous tenant left. Filthy and torn up living room carpet, faulty appliances, stains in the sink, and more. I'm a younger guy; a little above college age. I get the stereotypes of people like me not really caring about how our residences look/function, but I don't fit those stereotypes. I and I'm sure most other people honestly, would expect an up to snuff property when they move in. Doesn't have to be fancy, just functional and clean.

Office help was great (hence the two stars would give them 5) - the property not so much. Several holes in the walls, a lot of trying to patch and not painting, stuffed spilled on the walls and not cleaned or painted over, windows are absolutely filthy (sills are beyond disgusting and windows not clean). While I understand there are a lot turns in a short amount of time, but this is pretty unacceptable. Not all college students are careless and don't care about where they live, but my kid does care and is very responsible.

When you need a real estate expert make sure to meet with John and his team at General Property Management. I have lived in apartment for 5 years. Anytime I need maintenance and when I put in a request to have repairs done general property management is right there and within a few days I'm getting a date when maintenance will be there to resolve the issues. This has been a good place to call home quiet and general property management team are very nice and friendly out of all the other places I have rented from I put general property management in a class by themselves not only management but also maintenance personnel I have experienced. Thank you for being there when your need the most . If your searching for a place to live and are checking reviews make this your last and reconsider before making the wrong decision.

I moved out of state back in 2011 and tried to remotely manage and rent out my property in Eau Claire. It was more work and time-consuming than I had prepared for. I reached out to General Property Management to help me with the property. They have made managing and renting, my home from out of state stress-free.
