My wife and Gerardo first started emailing a couple years ago. At first we were just playing around with the idea of buying a home in Cedar City, UT. Even though we eventually decided not to pull on the pin for a few years, Gerardo never gave up on us. He was constantly in contact and kept us appraised with new listing's and how the market was going. Eventually, we finally decided to get serious, and Gerardo have us 100% of his time. Even going to a home we could not see personally and making a video of the property. He was a big help in explaining the fine details of the purchase and went above and beyond to assist us with this home purchase. Gerardo will not fail you. He will have you back and do all he can to help find you the right property.

Gerardo lives and works in S. UTah. I live in northern Nevada. Thanks to the most competent Gerardo, the sale of my property was handled entirely over the internet...by email; Docusign; phone calls. He was very patient with this old woman...explaining things: how to do Docu-sign, how to send photos, how the real estate transaction works.....it had been a long time since I had bought or sold a home or land.
