I had a very disappointing experience with Bright Realty. They attempted to sell me a property that turned out to be a scam, without properly verifying the ownership of the property beforehand. As a result, I lost $500 on a feasibility study.

To make matters worse, they failed to return my calls or respond to my concerns, leaving me feeling ignored and unsupported. Specifically, I had issues dealing with real estate agent Geri Scheckner and broker Berry Bright.

I strongly advise anyone to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company. Make sure to thoroughly verify any property and do your due diligence to avoid potentially costly mistakes. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with Bright Realty.

Horrible, unprofessional woman. Came to a showing an hour late with no notice. Didn’t lock the door and left nasty remarks on my home regarding a cat urine smell not knowing that she interrupted my husband and I administering medication to our sick cat. She was so rude that she insisted we stop what we were doing and to take our dogs out so she and her client could come in an hour late. I would never work with this woman again.
