My wife and I just moved into one of Gerro’s properties and I gotta say, the management here is top tier. Stacy, Jennifer, and John have been super responsive any time we’ve had a maintenance request and every issue that’s come up has been addressed within a day. It’s also nice to talk to real people who can actually solve issues. The maintenance tech, Abisai, is very skilled and efficient. All in all I’d say this is the most competent management team I’ve ever dealt with.

I have now lived in a unit managed by Gerro Properties twice. When we moved out the first time it was to move to another state, and we were devastated to leave such a great spot (loved our apartment!!).

With that said, the process of both moving in and moving out is always handled with the utmost professionalism from the team at Gerro Properties. They were quick to return my deposit to me and and were very forthcoming about my legal protections as a renter, and I really appreciated that. It is rare you find a property manager that treats you as well when you leave as when you moved in.

When we moved back to the area, they were the first people I contacted, and we were lucky enough to move right back into the same building. I cannot say enough positive things about Gerro Properties.

If there are ever issues with the building, they handle them promptly and always follow up. The managers and the maintenance team are both top notch and very personable. Highly recommend them if you are looking to move into the Burbank/Glendale area.

We stayed three years. Fantastic school district and really nice community of people who lived in our building. Anytime anything needed fixing the property managers were on it. Highly recommend this location and management company.
