There is not enough parking. If you get home after 5pm expect to not find parking anywhere near your building. A lot of people here have cars covered and just sit and never move. Really wish this would change… this is why most places have assigned parking.

Hello, people in the world. I just wanted to take the time out and say a few things about the place where I live at now. This rental property has been a joy to live in. I have been living here for a year and a 1/2. I have not had any issues. And the problems the staff is always professional. And the maintenance crew is awesome. The neighborhood is quiet and I appreciate it so much. It's a joy to come home to a quiet apartment. I haven't had any issues with anything needing to be fixed. The property is well kept ,although they're working hard to improve. I look forward for the improvements. Thank you for having me as a tenant.

$1400 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath is RIDICULOUS! I’ll remain anonymous to avoid future conflict for the remainder of the lease. If you’re looking for a property that changes rates on rent that are not disclosed in agreements, additional cable that they add on and NOT give you an option to reject(sounds like a scam), having unwanted traffic from the hotel next door(which have easy access because they keep breaking the gate down) and not to mention constant drug addicts that wonder the complex day and night. Maintenance is poor and of course the apartment is outdated and should definitely be renovated for 1400 a month for 1 bathroom. The parking is trash because someone seems to always have extra company with a ton of cars. OH AND THE BUGS! Let’s just say bugs will be your roommates while occupying the apartment. The leasing office attendants are not accountable for the verbal promises they make so it’s best to get everything in writing. Each year, rent increases and extra fees are associated but no upgrade or advancements made towards the apartments. If you have children, it’s best to keep them in the home because as I’ve stated previously crackheads and drug addicts wonder the property freely. I really wish I could give this property 0 stars and please don’t respond and suggest I reach out for communication because NOTHING is going to change. In almost 3 years, I can’t count the amount of maintenance men that this property has hired and THAT sure is no coincidence. Spend your hard earned money ELSEWHERE to save the headache and trouble.

I made an application and deposited $250, as per their agreement. If I do not process my application, they should return the $250. My move-in date has already passed, and their phone number and email ID are incorrect on the website. I’m glad that I didn’t move there. It's totally fraudulent

I have been working with Andrea (Assistant Property Manager) in relocating to the area. She has been outstanding and responsive to all my questions. Very compassionate and understanding in trying to get through the process, but they have been working with me this far as it is a hassle finding good people in any management company these days. I currently live in a community that is currently under the same management company that I have lived for almost 3 years! They gave me an opportunity with little to perfect credit as I been working my way through it. I couldn’t ask for a better management company this far.
