I have a flat in Pune and I was using Nestaway for managing my properties. It was a horrible experience for us. No one was there for any sort of communications and they violate our agreement by giving our flats to the people who were not approved by us. They helped taking over my flat, suggested minor enhancements which could help for better advertising, helped with the tenants and their background checks, helped me with modularizing the kitchen by customizing it according to our preferences, helped with the repairs.
They also do periodic inspections to make sure the flat is in good condition and attend to the tenants complaints or requirements. They always made sure that I get my rent check within 1st 5 days of the month.
Manjiri is so understanding and helpful that she even arranged the government registration process to be completed from the comfort of my home so as to avoid long travels.
They are understanding, caring for both “tenants” and “owners”, professional and most importantly with their communication and transparency they do it with a great efficiency. I would say they know the pulse of this engagement.
