This was our first time selling a home. We chose Rosemary as our realtor because of her professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market. Within a few days of choosing Rosemary she scheduled a date to meet with us at our home. She brought 2 other people with her, one being a contractor. Troy and Rosemary walked our property and began gathering information to generate our selling price. The contractor gave us a few ideas on what would help boost our homes value with minor costs. After a couple of hours of note taking and discussion they advised us on a starting price. Within 3 days we had an offer significantly above asking price. After accepting the offer Rosemary continued to check in and update us on where we were in the process, What needed to be done and what was to come. We never felt like we were alone in the process. We are thankful for her knowledge and understanding. While the process can be stressful Rosemary did a great job of keeping us in the loop and our minds at ease. Thank you Rosemary for all your hard work!

I would advise against renting from Gibson Portfolio Management. They do not respond to maintenance requests. And if they do respond, they won't do anything about your request.
