I'm deeply frustrated with this landlord! I've been a business tenant for four years, and throughout this period, their actions have been nothing short of unfair. It took an astonishing 2.5 years to address the warehouse door issue! On top of that, they decided to externally paint the buildings and unfairly passed the bill on to the small business tenants, clearly taking advantage of our situation. This expense should undoubtedly be the landlord's responsibility, not the burden of the renters!
To make matters worse, they failed to provide a prorated rent refund and even cut our deposit in half! This kind of treatment is not only unjust but also highly unprofessional. Such business practices are entirely unacceptable!
I will consider legal action against them!
Would not recommend to anyone to deal with this company!

Pretty shady business - tried to sublease a location and they forced the landlord to break his contract (paying the fine to break it) and then rejected my sublease so they could increase the pricing on the location. Be warned if you're trying to lease a location from this company, they run a very dirty business.
