If you buy with them do not pay agent fee, remember in UK when you buy new build, developer will pay a good commission, so if you buy from them and they telling you they buying in bulk to get a good price so you need to pay them agent fee, then they are trying to ripping off from both side (customer and developer). I bought with them 5 years ago, when I know nothing about property, 2 off plan new build, paid them 7000 and 14000 agent fee which is crazy amount. Until I entered and working in the property sector I realize it is a joke. I posted a review to warn others and they told me to delete it and they can resolve my issue. However they didn't, my kid was sick for past few years so I haven't got time to deal with this. Now I just want to remind oversea buyers so no one experience the same thing as me. In UK when you buy off plan new built investment, agents only taking fee from developer and provide service to customer, they don't charge customer again!

The team at Gladfish always go the extra mile for their clients. I had a headache with a third party and Ryan supported me throughout. He did most of the chasing for me.
Gladfish is a great company headed up by Brett and I hope to be a client for many years to come! Ryan patiently helped me set up my company so that I can buy property under a company structure.
There are always highs and lows when you build a portfolio and I feel completely supported by Ryan and the Gladfish team.

I've worked with Gladfish for many years since reading the 3 plus 1 plan. I was looking for a way to invest in up and coming properties that would help contribute to my over all wealth plan. I prefer the set and forget method as it suits my life style. In particular I work closely with Dan Varnaseri and Caroline Bevis who i trust to source, create the relationship with the builders, secure good discounts from the start and manage the purchasing process between all parties involved. I also use Ezytrac to manage my tenants throughout my portfolio. The whole process is easy. I cannot wait for property number four.

I discovered Gladfish after watching some of Brett's investment videos on youtube and so far it has been a pleasure to work with Dan and James on getting started building up a portfolio.
