This is such a long overdue review for Drew Jacobsen, who has come through for us as our local neighborhood Realtor on more than one occasion!

When we lived overseas, and needed "property management" oversight with someone we trusted, Drew was there for us. Vetted rentors, managed the property. Drew did this even though it was not at all his primary service offering as a local Realtor/Broker.

When it came time to list and sell our house after owning it as our home for 17 years, we 100% knew we would list with Drew. He is one of the easiest people to work with, he KNOWS the market, is a seasoned professional in the industry and all of this comes to light in execution. Our house was prepped with thought to ROI, staged to a tee, getting us an over-list sale price within weeks of initial conversation and listing date. We wouldn't hesitate to refer to Drew.
