I tried to rent a room from one of their properties on air bnb, they canceled my reservation hours before my check-in time. This trip was book over a month in advance so you can imagine how upsetting it would be after all this planning to receive a call from an Air bnb operator telling me "We're sorry Gold Coast Property's canceled your reservation." Look things happen I get it, but If I'm spending my money with you I expect a call from you, don't hide behind Air Bnb especially when we were communicating the night before about what my eta would be the next day. This company showed me they have no integrity and don't value their customer and for that I would never want to do business with you and if you value your hard earned money you'd spend it with a place that values you too.

My experience living with Gold Coast Property Management (we rent at Pacific Palms in Ventura) has been very pleasant. The Management office and Maintenance are extremely responsive. We have a 24/7 access using our tenant portal, which we like very much. It's quiet and I have not had a single pest issue. Office staff are super friendly and helpful.

Just a few days go, we were having an electrical issue, nothing urgent but some things that were supposed to turn on wouldn't, and I couldn't figure it out. So I called Ted. He was there in less than 10 minutes and fixed the problem. This is not the first time this has happened. He is always available and always attentive and I am always impressed by how much he cares about the littlest things. It is comforting to know that if anything goes wrong, he will move heaven and earth to get it taken care of.

Thanks Gold Coast!! Have rented with them for a couple of years and they have always taken care of all our maintenance issues and worked with us to make a payment plan since we are not working as much due to COVID.
