Great place! I moved into a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit at their Georgetown location about 3 years ago. I have been very pleased with my experience. The staff is super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Additionally, the apartments are spacious, clean, and at a great location. I would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Georgetown Apartments! The bedroom and living room space compared to other apartments I viewed are great! I lived in a 1 bedroom then moved to a 2 bedroom. The location is perfect for football games, and is only a 10 minute walk to the PRT which I used daily. The apartments are quiet (except game days which is expected and fun!) We never had any troubles with neighbors and the management was easy to get a hold of if needed. Just be sure to have guests park in the marked guest spots. We cleaned the apt. really well at move out and got our deposit back.

I have lived here since mid Nov, 2021, and so far, I've love it. They are the nicest people. When repairs, replacements are needed, they are completed right away. Apartments are very nice, no complaints. The community of residents are primarily more my age group and are very kind. I feel fortunate.

My husband and I moved into Lakeside Village and loved the community and apartment! We lived there for 2 years and it was a great experience! The management is on it and maintenance was very attentive. Highly recommend them:)
