I would never ever ever deal with these people! We moved into an apartment on Lynn st that we quickly found out was infested with roaches, not only was it infested with roaches but the heating system didn’t work properly so most nights it got down to 50 degrees in our house. They offered to bring space heaters out and said they were working to fix the issues, I moved into the unit 12/31 and moved out 1/31 , the heat did not work properly the entire time we were living in the unit. All while this was happening they were still showing the unit next to us as if the whole house wasn’t infested with roaches. When we moved into the upstairs bathroom was disgusting, soap scum still in the shower. There were rust spots all over the carpets in every room, I ended up having to rent a carpet cleaner to get it all out (which they said they carpet cleaned it multiple times, that was a lie) they claimed to not know anything about the unit having roaches, I spoke with the neighbors before they moved out of the unit (they moved out as we were moving in) I was told they have known about the roaches for at least 1 YEAR but they refused to do anything about it. It took them 3 weeks to get into our unit to spray the unit. We were having so many issues that they offered to let us break our lease with no penalties. We were told we would be receiving our security deposit back ($775) which we only received $100 of it due to “the unit being dirty” which I have multiple pictures and videos of proof that it was a lot cleaner than when we moved into the unit. They give us 8 days or less to move out of the unit and expected us to be able to find a place to live, move all of our stuff out and clean the unit? That’s ridiculous. We have reached out to a lawyer, but we wanted to make sure no one ever has these issues with them.

Have never felt so belittled in my life. Because I am in recovery and have a bit of a background, even though I've changed my life around, I was denied. She's very rude and judgemental. Also the places she has are not the nicest in town.
