She was very supportive, understanding and always available to answer any questions we had. She guided us through every step and worked hard to ensure that we found a home that was perfect for us. I highly recommend Tiffany Lewis as a realtor. She demonstrated exceptional expertise in negotiating the closing, bringing in unexpected concessions from the seller that made my life so much easier. Tiffany really took care of everything, she was incredibly responsive and always got me an answer to any question or concern that I had. She also has a no-pressure demeanor in showings that allowed me to make educated, relaxed decisions in the midst of all the normal stressors of home-buying. My mother & I had Tiffany. To start with she was friendly (day 1 of showings- a sunday).Not very considerate of our time, didn't dress professional & brought a family member along but was friendly so we dealt with it. On day one we saw 4 properties and put in 1 offer. The 2 days following the offer, paperwork and the cashier's check were completed for the seller & sent back. 2 days went by & we heard nothing from the seller. At this point we were officially only 5 days into working with Tiffany when she completely flipped. Out of professional courtesy my mother let her know she was contacted by a agent that she'd reached out to PRIOR to Tiffany.she became very rude & disrespectful. She belittled me by telling me that she wouldn't be making enough working with me & that perhaps I should not look at places until I had more income.i explained to Tiffany if she was unhappy she could let me out of the contract.She than proceeded to tell me she'd let me out if I paid the fee.We eventually moved on from that.

The next day she said she was free all day to show us properties that we took off work for(day 2 of showings) she arrived late again and once again had her family member. Upon her arrival I tried breaking the ice with her by telling her she looked cute which was followed by a sharp thank you and eye roll. The first house was locked so we went to the 2nd one. The second one had no key in the lock box so we went back to the first one where the owner came to open the door. While waiting for the owner Tiffany took a personal call and stayed on the call the entire time we viewed the property. We went to the third house (only the 7th property we'd actually gone to) which didn't work out. After telling Tiffany we didn't want to put in a offer and explaining why she than again got upset. I told her I'd like to see the property that we were unable to get into and she slammed the door & stormed off. She than told us "look if this becomes a problem I'll refer you to another agent" told us she could meet Tuesday and sped off.

That same day she sent us a screenshot from the 1 property we put an offer on saying they declined our offer. We went back and forth with Tiffany the next 2 days in regards to showing but the responses we got were once again very rude and belittling. Although I got a loan and was able to find properties that we were interested in that we should wait until I had more income.i explained to her once again that even though she took me on as a client AFTER knowing exactly how much my loan was approved for she could cancel the contract if she wanted. Eventually late Saturday morning we agreed to see places Sunday morning and that she'd text us when she was finished with her showing to give us the first address.By 5pm we still hadn't heard from her so I called. She snapped on the phone saying"I said I'd text you with the address". By 10pm we still had nothing so my mother text her. At that time she said she might not get to it that night. At almost 12am Sunday morning she woke us with a text asking about properties,as we responded she sent another saying "I'll talk later. Goodnight" we text her up until 12:30 trying to get an address. Even text and called her Sunday morning letting her know we needed a address by 9 in order to meet her and got no response. Monday morning we were calling Ms. Golston. While she released the contract that in itself was a headache because it took 3 days to get that done. It saddens me because not only am i a young first time home buyer but I'm trying to help provide a stable safe living environment for my mother and myself. I never expected to be put don't not only by another woman but another African American women. Especially one who is older than we and a mother. In my opinion I don't know where things went left but instead of putting me down because of my income she should have been congratulating me on my accomplishments

Moving forward I would never recommend her or this company based on the fact that she nor her employer has offered me even an apology
