Tom made our home buying experience way better than we could have hoped for. We were in the market for a long time and were constantly outbid on every house we were interested in. After some time Tom was recommended to us by a friend who said his negotiation skills were top notch and that he had a really good understanding of the market and would not waste your time.

Tom was honest, realistic, and told us what to expect based on our offer. He seemed to have a great understand of anticipated number of offers and how much above asking. This all helped us craft an aggresive offer and got the first house!
