Prior tenants showed up after they moved out to see if repairs were actually made that they were charged for. They were charged $100 for future replacement of a window that was glued back together. They failed to communicate with us to have proper mold inspection after a water leak. They did however send someone to take pictures of the roof of the living room only to not take his advice and wait until after we moved out. Their maintenance is a joke someone will show up with multiple kids left in the van to “fix” your problems after calling 41 times. We moved in and found 1 burner on the stove worked if you used a lighter. Their response was to send someone to clean a stove they just paid some company to clean weeks before. It was a 2 week fight to get it replaced. The dish washer leaked the entire time we lived there even after their maintenance person installed a new one. If you can avoid using good property I would highly encourage it. We moved out on good terms. Paying $2,000 a month for a leaky house was not worth the stress. I’m not bad mouthing them I’m only speaking my truth.

These people are corrupt. Basically stole my $1900 deposit. Also completely unprofessional in the way they do business.
They pushed my move in date twice, that should have been my first red flag. I also never even got a call when my application was approved. This was not the only time they omitted information. When I had to break my lease i worked with them just as specified when I signed the lease. My obligation was to pay rent until another tenant was found. They never told me they found another tenant. When I called to ask about the status later on, the woman insisted me she had told me this information when I dropped off a form. She absolutely did not. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They are sketchy, dont know how to operate a business, and will steal your deposit.

Looking for an apartment in the Kitsap County area I called several rental agencies and this was the only one that had a very helpful professional and interested in my needs person to help resolve are hunting issues period.

I spoke with a representative named ivy and she was so informative and helpful it made me feel very positive about going in to fill out an application and maybe even finding a new apartment.
I think the people that have put the bad reviews in here may possibly have been having a bad day my experience was absolutely wonderful customer service is hard to come by these days.

In reply to GPM's response: I did leave on good terms. My EX-husband still rents with them; not sure why, but that's none of my business. They even called him to complain about my review! Professionalism at its finest.

I gave them a one-star review because when I rented, I always had difficulty reaching an employee in the office. Their communication skills are lacking.

When I moved into my (mostly) clean rental, two weeks after original quoted date, there were some items that were not functional and several rooms without light bulbs. I was required to put down a (non-refundable) security deposit PRIOR to even viewing the property; I relied on pictures alone.

It took me three months to get a hold of someone to renew my lease; which I was then notified the property would be sold and I cannot renew.

Most of the property managers in Kitsap are awful, but I definitely wouldn't waste more of my time renting with this one again.

I do not recommend anyone to rent from "Good" Property Management cause they definitely don't live up to their name! If I could choose zero stars I would! The employees are extremely rude whenever you need to speak to them about anything! Then when I moved out they charged me for a full apt cleaning when I spent well over 12 hours cleaning it myself and the only 2 things I missed were under the hood vent, and they wanted the vent under the fridge cleaned which I was unable to remove due to how the fridge was positioned or I could have damaged it. So I cleaned it the best I could. They don't do a final walkthrough with the tenant so they can fraud you out of your deposit! Also while living there they never respond to maintenance requests unless you call them daily after sending a request and even then doesn't do much good cause they'll either tell you it's fine or deal with it how it is. It's like pulling teeth to get them to help you with anything! Not to mention the apts I moved from are scummy and gross! The entire building's foundation is horrible, Bad electrical throughout, Appliances suck and they wont replace, The carpet is extremely old and they wont replace they just charge you carpet cleaning anyways (dingy gross carpets even after you shampoo them it comes right back, the padding is falling apart and the the subfloor feels like its rotting in places when you walk around). Save yourself some money and stress and find a better property management company to rent from!

Spent 3 weeks trying to call the office and had to call the maintenance number to get ahold of someone. When explaining I had called multiple times she interrupted me saying "well I did try to call you" which I said "I apologize if I missed tour call but I have called every other day for 3 weeks now with no response". We were going to take over a friends lease who just purchased a home but the girl Ivy I spoke with was extremely rude and acted as if talking to me was a burden. As a landlord myself in a different state I am very familiar with lease takeovers and what property managers are capable of and she didn't want to hear anything I had to say "you can takeover the lease right now but I'm not going to guarantee itll be cleaned or painted" is all she kept repeating. We are not able to tour the home currently so we took to video chat and pictures to tour and the home itself was night but very beaten up, paint missing in spots, miscoloeted paint, carpet EXTREMELY run down so I explained the unit would need paint and carpet before we would be comfortabletaking the lease. She just kept repeating "well I'm not saying that'll be done." Completely unacceptable as we are moving from VA to WA and have talked to the current tennants about moving out a couple weeks prior to arrival specifically for the property to be brought up to standards. Overall this company is extremely lazy, unprofessional and rude and o would avoid it at all costs.

Most unprofessional people you’ll ever deal with. Ivy and derek are unprofessional with how they handle their tenants and speak to them. Don’t do it to yourselves here. Keep looking you’ll find better with people who actually wanna help you, not rip you off. They didn’t tell US about a late fee until after speaking to them not once, not twice but the THIRD time all of a sudden a late fee was applied after speaking to 2 employees there. We’ve kept the same method of payment since we’ve been here and it was 4th of July so the office was closed and the check was already in route from our bank like it’s always been done and now there’s a problem, 2 sides to a story don’t be fooled by theirs.

I was renting from this rental facility for 7 years. Fell on hard times after being robbed at the rental and let them know could I work out a payment plan after 7 years never missing a payment and they agreed then next thing I know I have a move out paper on my door literally 50-100 bucks they put me through hell and when I called to figure out what was going on they referred me to speak with their lawyer horrid customer service horrid I would never recommend this rental company they ruin my beautiful rental history this was my first time ever experiencing such horrible customer service it turned me away from every renting again and on top of all of this the rental wasn’t even kept up on they let me live in a home that is rented with a door the was cracked and busted and expected full rent With a broken door that’s what caused me to be short they wanted both the door and the rent money and mind u somebody broke into the rental and did the door and they refused to fix it after 7 years renting with a company you would think I’d get more respect But nooo please save yourself a headache
