ETA-I was able to get in touch with Boucher Corporate and Henry was extremely helpful! Excellent customer service. He was the only one who listened and helped us!

Do NOT go to this dealership for any kind of service. This business and this process was a disaster from start to finish. We bought our truck brand new, end of April 2024. It was built to the specifications we wanted. We started having issues with the sunroof making noise on the right side where it slides in and out of the guide. Took it to Boucher which is where we purchased the truck. They told us they could not just replace the part they had to replace the whole sun roof and it was a ā€œbig jobā€ and would call us when the part came in. Scheduled an appt and dropped off the truck on Monday December 9th. Initially they told us we should have it back in three days. We received it back on the evening of 12/17. When we got to the dealer to pick it up we were handed out keys and told it’s out back if you can’t find it, hit your alarm button. Now keep in mind we have brought our vehicle there for oil changes as well as to have a few items diagnosed and any other time we had received a video link showing us what was done and if there was an issue, and our truck was pulled up near the service bay/entrance. This was not done for this service. Since it was evening when we picked up the vehicle, we inspected in the am and as you can see from the photos, the interior ceiling and sides have greasy fingerprints from back to front. Nothing was properly installed back to the way it was when we dropped off our vehicle. You can see pieces have not been tucked back in there are gaps, there is foam sticking out in multiple places, and there is a piece on the drivers side that doesn’t even seem to be installed back the right way. There are scratches all over the glove compartment, the top right side of the passenger door on the black piece, on the door itself, and on the dashboard as well. We went back and forth with them for a month to get them to touch things up, and you can still see some grease around the top of the sunroof and scratches on the glove compartment and then a month later because they can’t ā€œtouch upā€ the textured dash they are stating they couldn’t have made the scratches on and across the dash even though I provided immediate pictures. We received no apology from them whatsoever. Their service manager Balal refused to return phone calls from my husband or from myself so we had to go to the general manager and he ended up stopping all communication after this email on 01/17. I had sent three emails after that with 0 response. I opened a case with ford corporate and even they indicated that Boucher has access to a program called the Empowerment Fund where they could have fixed this issue. They missed out on another sale as well. Go to kenosha car max they treated us wonderfully!!

I have been in & out of the office this week and I do appreciate your patience, I wanted to follow up on the discussion of the dashboard. I recently spoke with Belal and understand how frustrating this must be for you.The dash is textured, which makes it challenging for us to repair the scratch. I genuinely empathize with your concern, and I understand how disappointing it is. GIven the situation and that we don’t have the documentation to determine whether this damage occurred prior or during our technicians' service continues to make it difficult. After discussing this with my team, we believe that the scratch is unlikely to have happened during the sunroof repair. Nevertheless, I truly want to make things right for you. While replacing the dash isn’t an option we can consider, I am currently reaching out to Ford to see if they might be able to assist us with a possible replacement. I hope to have some answers for you early next week. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this issue. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nate Jones at Gordie Boucher Ford, and I can confidently say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. I came in looking at the Mustang Mach-E, and not only did I drive away in one, but I also left feeling like I got an incredible deal. We visited Gordie Boucher /Kenosha this week while shopping for a new vehicle. We were greeted and assisted by Salesman Alfredo Morales who provided my husband & I with a test drive of 2 new Ford Escapes. Alfredo was very patient with us during our visit, thoroughly answered all of our questions and provided us with excellent service. We sincerely appreciated Alfredo’s expertise, knowledge & remarkable service during our visit & vehicle purchase. Alfredo also answered all of our questions relating to options , technology on the various new Ford vehicles. We would also like to Thank Vaughn @ Joe in the Finance Department for all of their patience & assistance answering all of our questions during our visit and while finalizing our new vehicle purchase. They are a great dealership, very friendly and helpful, however, I'm rating the charging stations they now offer. I feel like dealerships will be EV driver's "gas stations" at least until the states get all the infrastructure required like a gas station at every corner, but very thankful to them for not only having more than 2 stations, they aren't overcharging us EV drivers per kWh it's very fair. I don't wanna be a deal hog and hopefully, it'll only go down more with more business.

I don't like buying a new car, but the people at Boucher made it as about as painless as possible. It was a pretty good experience, overall and they weren't pushy. They were great about answering my questions and letting me drive vehicles with the features I was interested in to make sure I got all the information I needed to choose the best vehicle. In the end we test drove three different cars and then Boucher found one with features and color we wanted and had it in Kenosha the next day.

I am a senior and have purchased many cars. This was the first dealership that did not act like the typical sales staff. They answered questions and talked about their vehicles. They never pushed me to buy but instead listened to what I was looking for. The next day I came back and bought a fantastic Bronco Sport that is perfect for me.
