We have been with Gorman Real Estate for over 10 years. It was great working with them. They were always very responsive when anything needed fixing. The two times we moved into a place they rented out we found a clean and decent place. They have a great referral service when you move out - cleaning crews that give you an estimate for cleaning the property when you move out, an estimate provided by the cleaning service and you can have it charged towards your deposit if you like. Above all, as long as you return the property clean in the same condition they will refund the full deposit. They are not trying to fix the property at your expense.

We rented through Gorman for about 4 years until the property owner decided to move back. We had nothing be great experiences with Gorman as the management company, they were friendly and responsive. When Gorman did the annual walkthroughs they noticed and fixed minor issues I hadn't even bothered to report. On move out we used one of their recommended cleaners and got a full refund on the deposit minus the agreed on cleaning fee within two weeks. Sadly they didn't have anything suitable for us on the market at the time or we would have gladly used them again.

Steve Gorman managed my property for almost 30 years. If you want the best in property management Steve is the person to work with. He knows the rules regarding property management and he is great with meeting tenant needs.
We recently moved into our home and after so many years we found the home to be in excellent condition.
