They have secured a fabulous tenant for our home. We drive by it when we visit the mainland and I’m so happy to see that our home is being well cared for.

Four years after my lease has ended, Graf Property Management still has my account in an "open" status, and it is affecting my credit report. They refuse to reply to my messages and have ghosted me. Do not do business with these people, they are very sloppy and impossible to reach.

They are fast to respond to issues, never leaving my tenants hanging. They continue to maintain good working relationships with reasonably affordable trades to handle issues quickly and affordably, not lacking in professionalism and quality of work.
