I own a cleaning company that takes care of vacation rentals down here on the Gulf of Mexico and let me just tell ya….Corie and Naomi Thompson are by far some of the very best property managers that I work with. Their attention to the homes/condos they manage is top tier! In this industry we often run into property managers that really do not care about the property, rather just collecting revenue. I am here to tell you that Grand Welcome Gulf Shores is the opposite of those, they take the time to ensure that each of the properties are well taken care of. They are also always willing to pitch in a hand and let it be known that they are there to help! As a business owner I cannot say enough about them. I value, appreciate and respect the job they do! Fantastic management company. They are thorough, helpful, use high quality cleaners, and are very responsive. They even helped with repairs and other items while we were still off-boarding from our previous managers. Would highly recommend!

The best house we have stayed at in Gulf Shores by far!! Would definitely recommend, very spacious, kids were never bored with the heated pool, games and short walk to the beach’s and restaurants. Property manager Corey was fantastic he was very responsive to any questions or items we needed. We will definitely stay here again!
