We contacted Grandview's provided email address in the first year after purchasing a property from them, highlighting several warranty issues, and we could never respond. When I finally got a hold of someone, they said that individual was no longer at the company, and regardless of whether I contact them in the warranty period, it was now past a year, so they wouldn't help with anything. They sounded smug on the phone and weren't even trying to be understanding.

The builder claims there was an automated email reply, but that is NOT the case. I have email records of this. And I just emailed the same email address, and still don't receive any automated email replies.

This issue came up now, after four years, because the roof of a 4 year old home start leaking. I called to see what type of assistance can be provided, but I was brushed off with a "we only provide a 1 year warranty on the purchase, and can't help you with anything." You would think, for a four year old home, they would at least TRY to help a little, but they had zero interest. I was given two options for contacting: faxing or emailing, and I chose to email. But apparently they don't check that email. They also don't provide a direct phone number to be contacted at, so you have to google and hopefully find the right Grandview company, of which there are dozens online.

I got my first rental through this company and it didn’t turn out as planned. Long story short me and my roommates were as responsible as we thought we were. Eventually they bailed and left me with it. Dina went above and beyond to work with me through the process of moving out and paying off the property.

I will never ever rent from Grandview again. Talk about a scam. Upon our move out (which was NOT our choice but the owner decided they wanted their house back) we were only in our home 2 months before being asked by Grandview to move. We for one did not receive the proper notice to move and secondly after moving we were charged fees for cleaning, painting, and carpet cleaning when the home we rented was FILTHY upon our move in. These fees were priced ridiculously and were also very unreasonable. For touch up paint on a scuff that was caused by moving our furniture in, we were charged $50.00, I must add the scuff was no more then 3 inches long. We were charged $50.00 for carpet cleaning and the carpets were not cleaned for our move in. We were also charged $50.00 for an "overgrown lawn" to be mowed 2 weeks after moving out!!! Out of the $1,500 we were supposed to get back Grandview gave us $800 back. If you want to get screwed and have your money pettily taken use Grandview but if you're smart you'll look elsewhere.
I've never been so upset with a company.

Posting on behalf of relative who recently purchased a home in Bellingham that was constructed by Grandview. Move-in was 7 months ago, but the punch list was never completed. Serious issues with the electrical wiring remain and sloppy carpentry has yet to be resolved.

Never i mean never rent from these ppl they have nice apartments but the managment is so rude and unhelpful they are horrrible the worst managers i have ever had to deal with !!
