I recently moved into Grandview and couldn't be happier with my choice. The apartment itself is stunning, featuring modern finishes, spacious layouts, and windows that fill the space with natural light. The amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a rooftop terrace, have exceeded my expectations.

What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding customer service. Kemetris and her team met my every need with timeliness, patience and a smile! From the very first tour, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They promptly addressed all my questions and concerns, making the move-in process seamless. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always friendly and professional.

The staff was amazing and wonderful! Amazing personalities and very knowledgeable about all questions asked. Apartments viewed were even more amazing and CLEAN! Maintenance was in the area and seems to be pleasant as well. I can’t wait to move in.

My family and I recently moved here from Ohio . I have visited many complexes and My visit at Grandview Pointe was like no other . The office staff was very clean . Ms.Yelder was the person who helped me and she was very nice and pleasant. When we walked in the office she greeted up with a big smile and was more than happy to help up us with and concerns we had .

Ok, let’s talk! I’m not from Alabama, so finding a comfortable place to stay for me is always my main priority & GVP has done it for me! I’ve only been here for a couple of weeks, but so far I’m impressed. For starters, I have to give a s/o to Kimmi! She’s made this experience much better for me, (whether it was the day she told me there were no places available & still helped me with the southern hospitality, or the day I came back & said oh I see something open & she got me right into an apt!)The comfort, prices, amenities, and staff have all made me feel home away from home!
If you are seeking a place to stay where you’ll rest well at night, get peace of mind in the day time, & have top tier communication with those that you’re renting from, this place seems to be that so far!

You know I like to give updates, but this is one place I think I’ll be able to share plenty of good reviews!
