Excellent company. Need a place to stay, call the Property Manager (Candis) helped immediately. She responds to quick and get task completed so fast , that is makes the process seem like where has ppl like this been hiding. I need her to be my person when I’m ordering takeout, on hold to pay a bill, or arguing with my spouse. lol She just makes things feel like everything is going to be ok

The Grant investment team is magnificent, the process of buying a home through them is smooth and transparent. Any questions I had they went out their way to answer and if they didn’t know they researched it. I defiantly recommend to a friend or family member who is trying to buying a home! They handle everything business wise and all I did was agree and sign the papers, I had to do nothing at all! Which is great! Because that’s the best part of buying a house is to let them handle while you stress less! My next house I buy will go through them!
