I lived at Riverchase Blvd, Madison TN 1 month shy of 6 years. During the last two years I was harassed and threatened by the office staff and had to hire an attorney to break my lease and move. I moved out on June 1 2021 with a letter from the courts that I was fee and clear when I moved out of any wrongdoing, however, by July 2021 the same office staff by passed me and my attorney, and filed two separate debts on my credit report totally $2900. My attorney at the time stated that was a federal offense and we could take them to court. He did contact their attorney via an email, however, those debts are still on my credit report and I do not owe them. The office staff caused me tremendous amounts of pain, time off work and moving & lawyers fees. They are some of the most dishonest, conniving & unprofessional people I have ever encountered.

Absolutely love living at Cypress Pond! Onsite staff is AMAZING! Jason, the maintenance tech is so sweet and never has an attitude if we have an after hours issue. Not only does he fix the problem quickly, but he also talks to us to see how we are doing. Mike, Nicole and Felicia are also wonderful in the office! Cypress Pond has been my most favorite place to live. Way to go GrayCo!
