I can't say enough about how great Yellawood treated me. I built a deck 5 years ago using their product. I noticed a few soft spots and contacted the lumber yard I bought from. They connected me with Yellawood and within 3 days the factory rep was knocking at my front door. He didn't just replace the bad boards, he replaced the entire deck top! That was 94 pcs. 12' long. That's customer service!!! Thank Yellawood.

Read the tags on the bottom of your material, I am a fence and deck builder out of Georgia. Unfortunately I have had to deal with this companies merchandise. I have used these guys 6ft pickets about 4 times through deliveries from local Home Depot stores, to help keep me on schedule to quicken up the process of finishing up fences on time. I tried to contact the company but I was transferred over to another sales rep who wasn’t in the office at 3pm. You should be ashamed of yourselves for shipping these hour glass cut out pickets that leave huge spaces or push the top of the picket out so now you have to pull the bottom picket out and leave a in level gap down the section. When that material dries it creates a huge gap. Whatever company cuts your pickets is garbage and the guy that quality checks the material before or after treatment is SLACK, call that guy the $5 shuffle. I will not be using your company and I will be speaking to Home Depot corporate to voice my distaste in the quality of work your company shows.

Worst plant gswp has act like they don't have the money to hire a forklift driver to unload freight coming into plant. Been here two hours when I wrote review . There were 4 trucks in front of me when I arrived. After two hours there is still three trucks in front of me. The management around here could care less.
