Amazing company to work for and work with. The owners here care more than any previous company I've worked with. People who live in the appartments are often given lienancy in any reasonable format. They don't pinch penny's when something needs to be done. Always professional.

Slumlords. Keep raising prices cause of “property taxes” but we still don’t have dish washers or washer and dryers in the units and the laundry room is constantly being broken in to. I have the same kitchen cupboards and ugly ssa counter tops that were installed when the place was first built in probably the 70s. Slumlords. Slumlords. Slumlords. I’d give y'all ZERO stars if I could.

I owned this property over 10 years. They don't do much but keep raising HOA. I had only negative experiences with this company. So I am trying to sell and I requested resale certificate 3 times and I still couldn't get it. Terrible management company and board members. So I recommend not to buy the condo.

I rented a house for several years and don't have any complaints! Any issue that arose was handled quickly and professionally. During the pandemic, they were very reasonable with monthly rent. When it was time to sell the house we were the first ones asked if we wanted to purchase it. They let us know well in advance so we were prepared to find another place to live. I definitely recommend renting or purchasing from this company.

Great West has been a pleasure to work with! Anytime we have an issue with our unit, we get it resolved very quickly without any hassle. The property manager, Ashley, is wonderful! She has gone above and beyond to assist us when needed. You always hear horror stories about property management companies... None to report here! I would highly recommend Great West!

From day one Ashley was very professional, easy to get ahold of and easy to work with. She even contacted me on her day off which she did not have to do. She went above and beyond for me and my daughter as we were both renting separate properties at the same time. We are in love with our new place and our new neighborhood and want to thank her for all she did for us.

I had a walk through scheduled and took time off of work to come see this apartment and was no showed by the realtor. Upon calling the office I was met with a completely unprofessional person but had no idea where their realtor was and said she would text them to get a hold of them and then call me back. I waited half an hour for a reply and still didn’t receive one so had to call the managing company again she never apologized for anything or admitted Any wrong doing on their part and said we just have to reschedule there’s nothing else they could do.
So unprofessional It’s not even funny!
