I worked with Krista Harness at Green Light, upon the recommendation of a friend who knew of Krista due to Krista's dedicated work spotlighting artists and businesses in the community. I was looking to sell a property that I had improved in key ways but that still could use some work, and many local realtors were quick to communicate that this made me a low-priority client. On May 22, Zillow connected us with Jacob Davignon. After several great correspondences JACOB decided on the best date and time to coordinate a walk through of a listed property (cash buyers here). We planned a weekend trip 9 days in advance, from out of State, to see this property with Jake. We also planned our daily activities around his scheduling, and then he BLEW US OFF. He stated that he would not be able to show us the property due to being held up at an inspection and provide no resolution, no other agent, just went radio silent. I would not ever recommend Green Light Realty based on Jacobs actions, we were extremely disappointed.
