I recently had my first appraisal with P. Andrew Levi, Certified Residential Appraiser. Mr. Levi took just two weeks to complete the appraisal, during which he took thorough pictures of the property and conducted detailed research on recent sales in the area. The price he quoted was fair and reasonable. Overall, a smooth and satisfactory experience for my first appraisal. Highly recommended!

Terrible Experience - Avoid using their service. Appointment was made for 9am and he shows up at 10:20am with an attitude. Said on the phone it would take an hour. he ran through it in about 20 minutes. When the report came back he waaaaay under valued the house. I feel he let his attitude cloud his judgement. Hired a new appraiser from a different company and they were on time, very friendly and came back with an accurate appraisal. Save yourself HUNDREDS of dollars and hire someone other than these people.

Promised deadlines that were never met. Also under valued property 5k. Seems to take it too personal when asked to deliver on services already paid for. STAY AWAY if possible
